The Sulat Global Charity Organization is a non-profitable, non-religious and non-political organization established by the natives of Sulat Eastern Samar living abroad, in other parts of the Philippines and in Sulat, bound with the common interest of supporting the Sulatnon youth, with the laws and norms of the local government of our hometown Sulat and the articles presented in this organization's constitution.
Preamble:
Realizing the need for a coordinating body to provide a strong, sustainable and efficient system; to provide assistance to the underprivileged but deserving youth of Sulat; eventually provide assistance to the schools of Sulat; bring into positive light the merger of Sulatnons at home and abroad leading to a more progressive Sulat; to enhance better relationships among Sulatnons; and to form a group that will act for the general well-being of the youth of Sulat Eastern Samar; We hereby form this organization and promulgate the constitution.

Objectives of the SGCO:
1. Shall be a non-governmental, non-political, non-profit, non-religious, non-trade and an all Sulatnon organization only.
2. To strengthen and empower the youth of Sulat, Eastern Samar.
3.To provide assistance to the poor youth of Sulat, Eastern Samar.
4. To provide assistance to the schools of Sulat, Eastern Samar.
